Hi all, Anyone running non-standard tyre sizes? I saw one wearing 255/65s on its 17s and thought "I bet they don't fowl anywhere, they're only slightly bigger than standard". I just put a deposit on an FL2 and was thinking of doing the same. Any thoughts? Cheers all.

There's a bit off slip under hard acceleration in second and the bute is right at the top of the pedal travel. I'm assuming it's a tired clutch and possibly a tired flywheel. The vehicle has no history for the last few years so no evidence of a clutch.

Cheap is £3500 for a £5000 car. I noticed a slight judder when I reversed up a hill which made me think about the dmf. The vehicle has only done 99k miles though.

Evening all, I'm thinking about buying a cheap FL2 TD4e from a friend but, it needs a clutch. Can anyone recommend a decent clutch kit and DMF please? I'm hoping I can get it cheap enough to cover the cost of parts. Many thanks.

I'm struggling to find any information on the 3.2, 6 cylinder FL2. I know it's a Volvo unit and wasn't a popular choice in the UK. I'm struggling to find parts prices or service manuals in the UK. Any other owners on here...?

Well now I'm worrying.... I've heard good things about RR sports having their boxes flushed, I know it's a different box but, surely the principal is the same and as long as they use the correct fluid all should be well....?

Thanks for the info guys. I've spoken to a local, independent Land Rover specialist and they're going to 'hot flush' her for me. I doubt any of the previous owners have ever had it done and she's done 102k so, hopefully she'll appreciate the attention. Is replacing the filter not a box out...
