    Wiper arm removal - washer??

I use the same puller at work, I find apply some pressure with the puller, then get physical with the arm itself, in your case push and pull at the main pivot point. Tbh release oil will not make any difference.

It was one thing I really missed when I bought my D3, which did and still does handle like an over loaded whale!

    TD5 block heater

Sorry no idea, again not something that really goes wrong to often in the UK. I have changed a few frist or as we call them core plugs on hgvs, but never any that I can recall on a car.

    Anti Roll Bar disconnect

I though the whole point of ACE was to give you good on road handling and good axle travel off road?

    TD5 block heater

Not something we use in the UK, but I am sure they will do a frost plug your size in your country?

    Horn and flash problem

Tbh most electrical faults are like that, spend ages working out what is wrong, and 5 minutes actually fixing it.

    Horn and flash problem

As Anaconda says above most horns are/were permanent live and the switch provides the earth. Iirc series 2 has only one fuse, and the series 2a had two fuses, not sure on the series 3. Single fuse on the s2 protects wipers and horn, and lighting, 30A fuse from memory. Might pay to post a pic...

    Disco 1 200tdi with a Euro 4 catalytic converter

I have replaced them with std plain downpipes, and have to say I did not notice any difference, but I was young and full of ideas! As I have gotten older I have realised you simply cannot beat standard spec for reliability.

    Disco 1 200tdi with a Euro 4 catalytic converter

My M reg 300 had a DOC cat, my R reg 300 had a DOC cat, they were std fit, so if yours has not got one someone has replaced the downpipe, which is a cheap job. Early 10p td5 also had a DOC cat, not sure on later 15p models. I think even modern euro 6 still have DOC cats fitted as part of their...

    Disco 1 200tdi with a Euro 4 catalytic converter

Iirc export 200tdi had egr as an option, and also maybe a DOC cat. 300tdi had DOC cat from late L reg early M reg onwards, so maybe you could bastardise a 300 DOC downpipe as a relatively cheap test.

Half shaft oil seal removal ?

try a bit of googling, as I am sure people have done it before to make their wheel bearings last longer on the pre-TD5 models.

    TD5 clutch fitting price

Does that include a new DMF? Valeo dmf and clutch kit 750 quid ebay, slave and master will be less than a ton, trade prices most likely less. I would hazard a guess less than a days work for a tech who knows what they are doing.

    110 300Tdi fuel tank outlet

Yes that is a stand pipe, few vids on youtube how to drill and fit them. I prefer them as that way the heater fuel system in no way effects the cars fuel system.
