Resolved the indicator bulbs in the front were Blink R5W 12W? and 12v21W in the rear . Changed them all to 12v21W and now everything’s work as it should. Thanks for all your advice

Where will I find the indicator earth?

All bulbs are conventional, I haven’t checked the earth but I the hazards work then surly the earth’s ok ?
