Evening Saint it looks like them but now appears like there is two items? Is the 6397B a non return valve and the HM1 6800 the O ring?

Thats the one but is says LH head - is that the LH in the diagram?

The manual does not give a part number it just says fir a new one! Have asked British Car Parts and Rimmer Bros but they are at a loss as to the identification of the o ring

The LR workshop manual LRL0477 is shows a picture of the head with an O ring to be installed just back from the vanos inlet sprocket
