a bolt thread is stripped, I tried other bolt, it doesn't screw in. I assume wheel hub thread is still ok, but not sure a taper can drill stripped out without damaging hub thread, I have no experience on this.

Hi! I need to clean stripped threads in a wheel hub using M14x1.5 mm taper. But I don't know if a 1/2" or 3/8" wrench fits taper head. If not, can someone recommends a tool? Thanks!

I checked the length of chassis, it is about 83 mm. I don't know if a long bolt like 120 mm may have a bit longer non-threaded part so that the nut can not tighten up.

I just found from someone's thread https://www.pfjones.co.uk/witter/R26.pdf, surprised they are M16 x 110 x 2.00mm and M14 x 90 x 2.00mm instead.
