Booster block is the abs version of master cylinder. When release the brake pedal does it return all the way? Check the pin that goes into master cylinder does that return all the way out?

Sounds like the master cylinder/booster block is not letting fluid return. Thus keeping system pressurized. Next time it happens crack the pipe union at master cylinder/booster and see if that releases pressure. If so it is that. if not soething further down the system.

Deflex (orange/red) are crap. Same composition as flo-flex I do believe. Did about 4k miles on them before the pan hard bushes collapsed making driving terrible. Go for polybush range (yes that is the brand) they make bushes in 3 hardness levels. Usually around £100 -130 a set but outlast most...

Check ALL of the bushes on axles. Had similar issues with both my classics. the pan hard bushes were shot as were the radius and trailing arm bushes. Not sure of the setup on body filler models though.

Lights on my white rrc were crap when purchased. Replaced lamps using local factors. Not sure of make. Improved it no end. Look on my album for what they look like. Plus I DID buy a set of them angel eye lamps. Going to fit them after rebuild. I'll take some pics when they are in.

DO NOT go for brit part. I made that mistake, before I knew better. They are cheap to buy for a reason. They are crap. Go for monroe or better and do the job once.

They look like standard 7inch replacement units. Probably have side light in them at the bottom, can not see from picture. I brought a set (not WIPAC) from my white RRC. On classics just use the 3 prong plug on wiring on to 3 prong bulb. No need for sidelight in lamp to be used

Running full Double SS system. had a lot of fitting problems. Badly made collectors and headers.
