sorting my second row doors as one of regulators was seized. Maybe seized due to lack of use, but when I’ve stripped it. One of these is broken (not this door obviously). Any ideas on a part number as it’s not in the parts list. The one in the manual is a long rubber seat, not these claw type...

Hi, welcome. There is a cheat for your swivel seals that people have had good results with. But if your swivels are pitted. Replace them. I tried the seals, but only noticed the swivels were pitted whilst in bits. I rebuilt with new seals and since bought the swivels to replace but not put them...

But the turbo must be passing oil for it to be sitting on the diaphragm as it’ll be blown up the boost pipe to the diaphragm.

If you marked the diaphragm from its original position, try putting full throttle then spin the diaphragm as you lift it, it may push the pin all the way back. Sounds like the pin is stuck out a fraction. This is based on the fact it is the same setup as my 300tdi pump.

Will you sell it cheaper as “it’s a death trap”. Might know a buyer ;) Freak accident. DIY maintenance is the way forward as already said, isn’t this why we buy them:)

Just buy a disposable camera, take pictures as you go, and get them printed. Then take pictures of the photos on you mobile device and upload then. I think that should work.
