Would the fuel rail pressure sensor harness fault generate that code, does anyone know?

Mine runs fine with 3mm inside diameter silicone hose. I'd suspect that either the turbo is sticking or failing, or you have a restriction in the exhaust system, maybe a clogged catalytic converter.

10 litres spread across the bottom of the fuel tank would only be probably about 3 or 4 centimetres deep. I don't think it would be much more depth than that.

I remember my Astra used to need the security code for some programming options. The FL1 doesn't seem to need a code for anything I have tried with it yet, though. Also, the FL1 with the BMW TD4 engine isn't supposed to need to be coded for the injectors, I believe they are supposed to...

There is usually a release on auto selectors to let you move it out of park or drive when it gets stuck. Maybe under the gaiter?

Not being au fait with vacuum/pressure behaviour, I wonder if the spacing of the inlets and outlets would create a proportioning valve effect? Although I would suspect that it should just be the same pressure all round, given same diameter tubing and inlet/outlet holes.

Only the way Nodge works on cars! ;) Seriously though, it can be hard to find a GOOD garage, with a skilled and conscientious mechanic. If a garage is full of slapdash hammer monkeys, any decent mechanic would get discouraged and leave.

Intermittent fault on the pressure sensor/switch? Maybe a diagnostic reading live data from the switch could point to a failure point?

I have seen add-on DAB dongles for Android HUs. I'd like an all in one, though. My last Kenwood car unit was excellent, but that was ten years ago.

I got a Kenwood DMX125DAB from Halfords and it's a pile of poop. I would have went Android but wanted DAB. The Kenwood interface is terrible. Sensitivity to DAB signals is poor, too. I'll be looking for an Android DAB unit next time.

Sounds like you may have a bad compressor or aircon clutch. Before the system was regassed, it wouldn't have activated when you tried the aircon switch due to lack of refrigerant gas pressure, but now it does and you can hear the problem. You don't know how long the system has been dormant, and...

Overfuelling? I'd be looking at my injectors, and run some Liqui Moly Diesel Purge or similar through the system. Either added to the tank, or preferably as an injector flush. In the linked video, Leon uses Redex, I prefer the Liqui Moly. The cleaning is a fair way through the video. On the bad...

Just remember your skin and eyeballs are made from the same stuff that caustic eats through! Take precautions. The rubber seals at work are unaffected by constant hot caustic washing, I believe we are using mostly nitrile types. When I cleaned mine, I couldn't get the caustic down the tube too...
