To buy a TD5 or not

chrisjc My 3 amigos turned out to be a wheel bearing on its way out. I had the sensor changed first but it came back after a day. The bearing hasn't been changed yet, but the grease that was causing the fault by covering the ABS ring has been cleaned away. They haven't returned yet!

To buy a TD5 or not

I've had mine about 8 months and love it. I tow a twin axle Abbey Spectrum and have had 6 six people in the car ( 4 kids ) but still no real problems. Had the usual rear air springs, 3 amigo's and snapped manifold bolts but wouldn't be without it!

    D 2 with some problems

I was told the ABS ring was covered in grease from the bearing. This was cleaned off, and put back. So far no issue's but i'm sure it will come back.

    D 2 with some problems

Just a quick update. Took my D2 back to the garage for them to sort out the 3 amigos. I have the car back and so far no lights! I've been told the front offside wheel bearing is the issue and will need replacing. Also had the rear airbags done as the drivers side was dropping.

    D 2 with some problems

I have the same issue with the 3 amigo's. I had the front offside sensor replaced 2 weeks ago because i was told it was faulty. Before it was replaced the lights were coming on straight away on start up, now they are doing the same as yours!
