It's a visteon it says on the actuall headunit and there is an amplifier under the passenger seat,, all I wanted to do was connect my phone haha

I've put some after market speakers in the front and rear doors as the standard ones went past there sell by date if you no what I mean I had more sound from my phone speaker hhah but the aftermarket ones all worked fine with the standard stereo just no sound with the after market one

I'm trying to wire in an aftermarket stereo to my 53 plate freelander td4 sport,, I've brought harness and I din adapter ect it all powers up but I have no sound I'm baffled please help

Yeah I did follow it and it took me to this page I noticed he hadnt been on for a couple years but just throw the post pit there hoping/ praying for a response haha

Yeah matexall worked before I can plug the old one back in works fine I plug the new stereo and harness in and it all turns on just dont have any sound ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️ baffled mate

Do you know how to wire a aftermarket 1 din stereo in I've brought harnesses and stuff I've got power but no sound can you please help if possible cheers

Hahah il put some pics up tomorrow I've had enough for tonight my head hurts haha

Brought an aftermarket 1 din stereo to replace the built in 2din stereo from a 53 reg freelander brought wiring harness ect got power but no sound I've looked at endless images and threads and still cant get sod all to make a noise please help someone I'm pulling my hair out
