I have a midland cb unit and the antenna connection is the same as thishttp://www.maplin.co.uk/p/uhf-plug-pl259-bw81c and my antenna is a stinger one that just has the fine m6 thread, anyone know a better way of fitting it apart from 3 adaptors?

I have one fitted in my truck, not taken it for a proper drive yet but a small couple of shunts to check it engages, very good bit of kit IMO, mine just needed some more bending to clear the aircon unit
