I used and orbital sander to key mine and I think 400 or 600 grade. If you go down the orbital sander route make sure to get an intermediate pad, it's a foam pad that sits between the sander and sand paper makes sanding curves easier. I used a gloss roller on mine and ended up with an ok finish...

The sub won't work without a live connection. On the stereo it should be a blue cable but usually marked with 'rem' if you have the user manual all will become clear as there's wiring diagrams in there.

What model is it? It could be for a cd changer. As for the sub have you wired the remote cable to the stereo?

If its bubbling back through the coolant tank it could be a fault with the head gasket or even cylinder head and pressure might have cracked coolant tank, if the cap didnt release it.

Looking for a passenger side tail light/indicator , the low ones on the bumper, how much posted?

Ah ok. Hows the ride and condition of them. Do you know what rating the springs are if they are heavy duty or not.

What make is the lift kit. Milage on them etc.

Well tonight I replaced the head, Waterpump and P gasket also a new thermostate and just a quick test before bed resulted in still no heat in heaters! got upto temp pretty quick,once id stopped there with still loads of pressure in expansion tank but no bubbling or exhaust fumes coming through...

Looks as if I've found the fault, missed this on first inspection. New head it is then anyone got any lying about!
