landy went in today for mot, failed on ,,3 dust covers..blimey...ball joint covers and anti roll bar rubber...while it was undergoing this drastic repair i had air con serviced, now its ice cold, what surprised me was that i remarked at least mot is not up till 12th April so loads time to do...

i had same issue...only rattled when idle..reached 15 mph went....replaced crank pulley ..even thou it looked solid, noise went , also had new belts..and new tensioner

it seems now its law that where you get plates from have dvla registered code on the plate to show they were from a registered dealer.. or just the garage/ shop name...i have private plates and there marked with shop name

most garages are now dvla registered ...give them a ring or auto shop..halfords..take prove id...and log book ..walk in ..walk out
