Turns out is a faulty shuttle valve in the abs unit.

PU I is polyurethane which is the the gear used to put windscreens in with. Tap up a man in a windscreen van and he will probably give you a tube for the price of a cup of tea. Make sure you ask for the primer as it wil just pull off if you don't use it
