Sorry bud I can't upload the photo, however a google image search of that part number in my original post would show it. A shortish hose about 25cm long, goes through an ankle of about 45degrees. Heads straight down from the turbo and into the intake manifold. I can send you a cheque or payment...

Can I get away with leaving the 19j's oil cooler off? It's running a standard series gearbox in a 88" series 3. Thanks

I have a series 3, haven't dropped it in yet but will let you know in a month or so how it goes. Im goin to wait and seer about the diffs as the brakes would be scarily inefficient about 60 anyway!

Non standard landrover engine- get this! You could trial with a rover engine of any sort but no non-standard engines eg Perkins, Peugeot, ford etc. Hence sale. Already have y 19j ready to sort out and drop in:-)

I guess it would, disco tdi's for into series as this Perkins does. I'll find out more in a week or two about the engine mounts and whether they were moved. But it's a good engine- just needs a little Tlc. I am not allowed to trial with a Perkins engine hence it has to go!

Injectors are at fault- need a clean! So easy fix!

Ok thanks- I had a td before was good as gold so willing to try another one. Given up on Perkins as not allowed to trial with a non landrover engine:-( It makes a great rumble noise and is gutsy as hell so will be a shame to let go but hey! A mans got to trial!!

Haha! The Perkins isn't allowed to trial, has to be landy engine. I want a cheap quick starting engine so not the 2.25 - slow starting. And not the tdi's - too expensive at present. Hence a £40 td with 100k on the clock. Had one before was reliable and ran the 110 with no problems. Bell...

So I have a Perkins I'm selling to swap for a td.... Will it pop straight into the existing bell housing? And sit on engine mounts? Thanks for your help in advance
