Busy Day I replaced both front wishbones including rear bushes Overhauled rear brakes, replacing everything and painted new drums satin black Bled the whole braking system enough that i replaced old fluid with new Treated the fuel tank cradle with anti rust treatment All in time for MOT on...

Thanks Nodge. 1. back off handbrake under arm rest 2. replace bakes 3. Fit drum (adjust shoes through back plate) so there is slight drag 4. Adjust handbrake under arm rest :D

ItsI that time again. Already replaced front wishbones. I'm going to replace the rear brakes next week. Will be replacing the lot so have ordered everything needed. Any advice or tips greatly appreciated.

Many years ago i made the mistake of putting the wrong tyres on the rear. The immediate symptoms were a drone between 55 - 60mph and the vcu was hot to the touch. Corrected my mistake and doing the same route there was no drone and the vcu was only warm to the touch

Cheers nodge, thought it would be there. Got to remove rear trim anyway as my boot cubby hole was wet

Where is it located? Mine sounds like its being strangled, need to change it.
