I bought a refurb and changed it myself, took the best part of a day. But it's pretty easy to do.Need a special tool to hold pump sprocket inplace while changing the pump, but pretty straight forward. I have the tool if you need one

I would of thought it would be the reverse of what you did to remove them. Pop it onto the reflector first and then twist clockwise to attach to the headlight body

Cable on the regulator might be starting to fray. Pull door trim off and have a look
