Hi all it's been a while but friend of mine has a1999 td5 discovery which the battery is completely flat. Problem is the car has been superlocked (2nd stage) on key fob. Any ideas how I can charge ie can't get into car to open bonnet etc.

Hi all my ranger rover is on 09 plate but after talking to main dealer he said it is a 2010 spec. I've got the digital dash and although satnav is the modern looking one in fact identical to 2011 my question is if I get the dual screen version can I reprogram or is there more hardware required...

Problem is on board computer sends a pulse to check bulbs so adding resister to kid loads will make it all work but they will still flash light and dim as test is initiated. Anyway I have found a solution but will cost about £160 I am hoping to negotiate better price if any one else is interested.

I've just read that the witter one may require bumper cut on 2010 tdv8 versions so interested in seeing how much is to be cut. If anyone has witter on a tdv8 vogue l322 and wouldn't mind taking pics of bumper cut that they talk of, I would be very grateful in having a look

Well done it. Layed the D2 up and brought a rangerover l322 tdv8 on a 09 plate. And I must say absolute luv it....although it's a 09 plate it has a 2010 spec ie digital dash and later looking sat nav. Can anyone tell me if this is supposed to be dual view screen or was this only an option. TV...

Ok quick update all mounts engine and gearbox. Was it it an improvement? Defoe worth doing chasis at lot firmer. Sometimes when I was sat in traffic I would let go of clutch and car would chug or wobble. Nice and refined now. Didn't follow rave and found by just releasing fuel cooler (4 bolts)...

Thanks all just phoned my local landrover dealer and he said engine one s £57 each and both transsmision one are about £18 each so ordered the lot and will give you update on completion.

Hi all been a while. Does anyone know about checking engine mounts on td5 disco two. I seem to remember someone saying look kin the hole underneathmount and there should be a gap of about 10mm between metal and rubber. Just checked mine and rubber is filling hole. Has anyone got pics? Any info...
