1990 D90. RHD. Thought I found the earth which is a broken one on the left side of the engine to the body. I still have to connect it but it's worked before when I had My head lights on and again today it worked for one turn. Would IT be the switch itself? I have a new one.

i just re timed my D110 1989 19j. Timing was off, shooting out fuel in my exhaust. It is now fixed and stronger acceleration but on acceleration I get black smoke. Once I'm cruising it's normal. Is the black smoke normal? Or is it possibly burning off old soot inside the pipes?? Any advice...

I have a 1990 Defender 90. My tail lights work but no brake lights. I crossed the wires from the switch and nothing. I checked the fuse and its fine. I don't know how to use a meter so any help would be greatly appreciated. Haven't checked the grounds yet.

New injectors in. Much! Smoother. Less smoke. When accelerating the smoke comes out like it's pouring fuel in it. Is there a way to tune or regulate it? Mind you this is after a engine rebuild and nothing was done to it before or after the new injectors were put in. Injectors were put in today.

So compression may be alternate. I forgot to also tell you that there is an exhaust leak where it meets with the turbo. But that shouldn't cause the pressure loss as its minimal.
