if my memory is correct there is a banjo bolt in the rear of the fuel pump that has gauze type filter .... maybe worth checking as when this blocks up it can play all kinds of havoc on your fuelling strategy

very poor install or poor instructions ? a fitter just does what is told.... just goes with the flow then fits the parts... he she might be good hands on only type person and knows how to use a wrench or slap an engine together quickly a mechanic will take time at a higher pay rate...

you mean the air box resonator ? this has nothing to do acting as a pre cleaner .its designed to quieten down induction noise only.... selling point from factory most engines have them you will be surprised some of these swirl fan thingies can also be found inside in some vehicles inside...

electrolysis can also be an issiue use a volt meter is there a voltage in your coolant system when engine is running ..if your radiator isnt free flowing on its own (disconnected from the engine ) ? then you have found the issue as your radaitor should be free flow on its own in a man...

i agree mechanical reading is better to determine if its an electrical issue as we need to compare data its classed as a 2nd opinion

there are mixed opinions regardless how large your cooling system is oil temp is over looked maybe ask allisport if your electric system is up to scratch

if your engine coolant isnt over heating this does not mean your engine oil temp maybe to high either using the stock engine oil cooler ? from the UK and now australia ..i am starting to see more internal damages to engines and more turbo failures .. people fitting in larger radiators...

i was replying to tom as he was asking about a standered decent radiator ... i was trying to explain a new radiator will be better than his old one

just wasnt to sure mate not many people like the extra gauges installed even when trying to diagnose an issiue. or look after there investment by adding .. boost/ fuel pressures / oil pressure EGTS etc i will agree they are a better hoses but why the need to change them out .... dont forget...
