    Hi I had weber on my last one and agree, it installed a bit of confidence when going on a long trip..........you can fix it if it goes wrong and it will run on lower grade fuel.......I do like the efi on my disco. Thanks for the offer .......in Glasgow though:(

    Thanks for response , tested quite a few things on disco today, can I ask a question regarding the inertia switch ...when switching on and off is there pronounced click ?

    Hi again .....I now have the ecu talking to becu , what I don't have is a spark at the plugs any thoughts? Also would the nanocom record a faulty coil pack,relay or crank sensor ? Many thanks again

    Some help please, I have recently had to replace the ECU on the above , I have used nanocom to install the ECU but have encountered a problem , 1st time with Nanocom so good chance its me! The car wont start and fault code P1674 is coming up on Nanocom message is 'imobiliser incorrect ,code...

    Disco 2 V8 2000...... On the rear of the binnacle there is a wire (brown with black trace) coming from binnacle plug to dash loom , can anyone advise what this is for ? many thanks John

    Hi Peter, some advice again please? On the fuel rail loom (injectors) there are 2 wires 1 on each side with 5mm electrical rings fitted (sure they are green might be yellow) is 1 earthed onto fuel rail mounting bolt and the other on to bulkhead (conveniently place captive screw head) many thanks

    Thanks Again Peter any suggestions on where would be best to sources bracketry from plenum ...throttle/cruise cable bracket and one from near side at rear. cheers John
