Dumped my air con system to aid engine bay cooling and used the AC pump bracket for Dixie air horns... Then quickly took um off and binned um. I Did think about cutting the pump bracket off but not done the research yet, to see what's inside and where it is. Good luck

Yup...all finished. I often drive around with my instrument panel on the passenger seat.... And without the restriction as in the original ducting, as it passes the blend motors, my rear drivers side vent now blows a hell of a lot better compared to the passenger side.

Symptom - HEVAC....passenger side stuck on cold, driverside stuck on blowtorch. Problem - both blend motors tested and failed. Mighty fine flaps tho. Big problem - removing blend motors Solution - saw, drill, sheet metal cutters, sweat and swearing for...

Open bonnet. Get someone to switch off engine while you listen and look in engine bay without touching anything...then match noisy bit up to picture in drivers manual. Works every time. Good luck
