Hi everyone. Daft question...can I adjust me clutch pedal travel or is this an indication of wear. It has a very low bite point and I hardly release it from the floor before she wants to go. No usual whirring sounds during acceleration indicating wear and no difficult gear selctions forward...

disco here, disco there, not very many fuuukin places in my opinion. Like driving a whale. And yes I have a gaylander....only after my shiny new rangerover fuukin engine blew up...about 2 days after manufacturers warranty..and they were about as helpful as a fuuukin choccy firguard. Oh yes...

That sounds pretty terminal..Ive just bought it under warranty and already done a few hyndred motorway miles without incident. I would have thought that would have blown if it were on its last legs.

Hi again, any advice on length of service for the above. I am on 53k and 2 things seem to happening. 1. I think the clutch is on its way out. 2. I think wheel bearings could be on their way too. There is a funny whirring sound as my speed increases..sounds just like the pff raod tyres on a swb...

Hi all, My 1.8 petrol seems to be using loads of water. At least once every couple of weeks it is below the min level in the reservior. The temp gauge remains normal and I cant see any leaks. It has done 53k with full service histroy and although there doesnt seem to be any record it...

Sorry pal...cant help directly but...look at things like..wheel bearing..suspension too low...brake pads. I have just bought my first freelander too...I love it. 1.8 serengeti 03

I bought one.....its great and as for economy...compared to my old vauxhall frontera its a dream.

Ive used AA and currently have it on my 03 1.8 serengeti. Always seems ok but to be honest I have never had to claim...so although it covers most things I cant speak about the after care.

If its any good, Ive just bought a serengeti 03 1.8 petrol and its smashin.
