Well iv gone and snapped the bolt that holds the bulkhead to the outrigger, spent a good 4 hours trying to get it out. Snapped 6 drill bits. Bent a punch hitting it with big hammer. Bent a bumper bolt hitting it, cut some 15mm steel bar to 1" long and bent that hitting it. Iv had heat on it...

Simple answer is Chop body = dvla inspection Chop chassis = sva test VOSA and DVLA will give you a different answer every day.....worst case is if the chaissis is altered then an SVA is neccessary complying to the latest reqs of the day...ie ABS etc.... but there are many bob tailed RR's and...

To build a truck like that your looking at a good 10k. They don't come cheap !! Nor do the parts to build them You have a £2000 in winch's and bumpers, £2000 in lockers, £1500 wheels and tyres £600/1000 roll cage, challenge wing kit £350 list goes on

If spray painting with 2k get a mask Only £20 ish If you want a simple black, white or gray paint job just buy some 2k high build primer and 2k clear coat. Flat primer down and clear coat on top you will be surprised at the out come.

Looks good now everything is now on. You just need some bigger tyres
