Well guys, who’d have thought it! Popped around to see an old guy who has a draw full of old keys, and one fitted. Turned the key, pressed the tab and pulled both barrels out! My instant thought was to clean them up and use this key! Then my sense took over. So does this look like a MTC6504...

Thanks, yes it is the red ones I’ll see if I can shake it. I can see the lock moving slightly but so far can’t see the bit to press. Might need the key turning more.

@capo I too have a lift-up handle / lock from an early 90 without keys and looking to fix. I’ve purchased locks MUC4146 (which I believe are the correct ones) and have the handle off so I can work on it easier. How do I remove the old lock and after your recent experiences, any tips? Cheers...
