It was raining heavily last night. Got into the car this morning to a pleasant surprise of water dripping from the dome as seen in the pics. Anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it?

Whenever I have the car on park or have my foot on the brake pedal and select to lower the car into access mode, it'll not do it initially. Instead it'll begin to lower and then immediately shoot up into an extended mode. If I persist with trying to lower it into access mode after then it'll do...

This car was imported from England - I checked the history when I got her. Dealer replaced the tires and the brakes on her and gave her an oil change. The only minor defect listed is that there's a tiny tiny chip on the windscreen near the driver's view (it's really tiny) - is this worth fixing?
