L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

All fluids were replaced when I got her. And most have been replaced again since then due to the work done on her.

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

what ****ed me off is that there was only cosmetic stuff left. A torn seat base, a split switch, replacement heater vent and a new passenger door mirror needed. All the mechanics and electrics were done. Then, all of a sudden it does this and throws a bunch of error codes at me.

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

So here is the video. Forgive the shaky camera work, I have a huge camera and had to hold the steering wheel on full lock with my other hand. I also had to contend with traffic... This is more about the noise the steering makes.

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

I'm going to go out and shoot some video of the car so it's clear what I'm talking about. I'm useless at describing stuff in a way other people can understand. I understand about owning a landy as I've had a freelander for more than 10 years. I was expecting to do some work on this one, but...

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

The first thing I did when I got it home was contact Land Rover to see if all the recall work had been done and they said it had. The juddering is only on full lock, lessen off slightly and it goes away. It was too dark to look properly this evening, I will have another look in the morning...

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

But there comes a time when you have to say enough. I bought her in February and have spent over £1000 per month getting things fixed since then. That does not include the £3k for the new gearbox. Everything mechanical was perfect. All I had left was a few cosmetic bits inside. With the...

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

I've just gone out and read the fault codes on my scanner: P0155 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1) P0021 - Generic: "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 2) P1300 - Catalyst damaging misfire multiple cylinders P0305 - Cylinder #5 Misfire...

L322 Anyone want to watch an L322 burn?

I have had it with this car. I have coveted a range rover since I first set eyes on one as a young boy in the early 80's. I have lusted after them. This year I was finally able to achieve my dream car. And it has broken me. I had a reasonable budget. I purchased way under that budget and...

    L322 Stop Oilpress message

Hi I was driving down a country lane going home this morning and the Stop! Oilpress message came up on the dash. I had no option to pull over for several hundred yards as I was completely blocking the lane but did eventually stop. Can I temporarily top it up as I have an appointment at the...

L322 Assistance required in Kent please

Hello Some little b*stard has decided it would be the best use of their time to slash my brand new rear tire on my L322. Unfortunately, as I have the LPG conversion, I don't have a spare wheel. Can anyone local to Yalding/Maidstone/Paddock Wood lend me their spare for a few hours so I can...

L322 The story of St Rachael and the huge order list plus a few questions!

Yay! Yet another thing to replace as its gone wrong! Woohooo! This time, ladies and gents, its the turn of the transfer box. Replaced the gearbox and TC for genuine new parts and still getting the dreaded transmission failsafe error. Can anyone recommend somewhere or is it off to fleabay...

L322 The story of St Rachael and the huge order list plus a few questions!

Another thing I remembered I need to order is a new heated windscreen (I large chip when I bought it, 2 smaller since then and the heated bit only heats one side - and its not mine...) and also a new heated steering wheel. I've seen a nice dual colour leather one to match my interior on...

L322 The story of St Rachael and the huge order list plus a few questions!

So, as some of you know, I purchased Saint.V8's L322 and have been doing some work to bring it up to snuff. As all my cars get female names starting with the same letter as the model, and because he spent so much time working on her, I decided to name this one St Rachel. So far she has had...

L322 URGENT - Help disable the alarm!

Update time... I simply unplugged the bonnet sensor button and no alarm woes since! I'll get another one ordered and see if that fixes it permanently, but otherwise I'll just leave it as is.

L322 URGENT - Help disable the alarm!

Every time I tried locking it last night the alarm went off after a few minutes, even just using the key in the lock. In the end, I had to leave it unlocked, but luckily I have a couple of wheel clamps which fit and I can lock a bollard at the front of my drive, so it was impossible to steal...

L322 URGENT - Help disable the alarm!

Hi I cannot lock the car without the alarm going off a few minutes later and, being that its 1.35am and all my neighbours are now awake, I desperately need to know how to disable it, so I can lock it go to bed. Its a 2003 L322 4.4 petrol Vogue if that helps. Thanks Ian

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Sorry, my neighbour helped and he works for the local Landy garage. He calls the steering tie rods drumsticks and as I had been calling them that all day, I posted without thinking...
