Update: in a race against time to her running before driving over to France I ordered two carbs. A £90 bearmach zenith copy and a £50 britpart one. They were exactly the same model from China! So the bearmach is going back! Chucked the carb on, now runs sweet! I'm in France now, so far...

Ha ha, she's already back to factory Bronze Green and looking great! I'll chalk that one down to experience! Yes I'm very much up for some Laning!

Thanks for the replies guys! Yes its probably the fluid escaping the terrible paint job :-) I've gone ahead and ordered a replacement part now, so its ready to fit. I'm also going to redo that paint job as not 100% happy with the last one!

There's loads in NATO drab olive. I always wanted one in civy colours with a bit of character. She's retired now anyway ;)
