So got another frame finished. Here's a few before and after photos. Also got a good second hand ace block to machine and replace all the pipes with hoses etc. The coolant system refresh was well worth it as its dropped my temps by 15-20c! :cool:

Made the recovery point, now ready for powder coat. Chamfered out the rear, filled it in then flushed it off. Done.

So managed to get the NSF window frame installed today (between the rain!!) When it was apart I found another problem, the plastic wheel on the window regulator. I couldn't put it back together knowing that 1 of the wheels has broken in 2 and its only a matter of time before it fails...

Also sound deadened the roof.

So took it for a decent run today and had a look underneath when I got home. Seams the transfer box is leaking from what looks like the intermediate shaft to me. Bugger, probably worn oval and needs bushing.
