That's very true its never plain sailing, always something to fix

Its been a while and had many issues since last update, I've been remapped by Gareth at Empire Tuning, Oil cooler had to be replaced, exhaust studs replaced as one had snapped, I've still got to do the fuel pump as its not pushing the amount of fuel required for the remap and the rear bags...

Well plans changed again as usual, I've gone and bought some modular steels and new arches due to my old ones feeling like sandpaper and fading

I haven't updated this in a while but I've been back at it in the workshop doing slight upgrades to the suspension setup and I finally have a rear winch that needs a rebuild.

Well as much as I wanted to keep it I've decided to put it up for sale now that I've replaced the fuel pump and the XYZ switch. Still got my trayback for now and once I've sorted out the funds later in the year and maybe buy a Disco 3.

Also am looking at buying a nanocom in the next couple of weeks

Haha nah keeping it for a while now, wont get anything else for the price that can tow my trayback about thats as comfortable as a D2

Just a quick update I've kept the truck but only because it owes me so much money I'll never see it again so decided to just spend more on it, a couple of months ago it had trouble starting so I replaced the fuel pump ( bought a cheap one and now the fual gauge doesnt work) fuel pressure...

Well I am sad to say I needed some money at the time and I had to sell this land rover but kept my D2 and trayback

What I read on fourbys website : "This spacer ring allows more travel on the control piston for the timing advance within the fuel pump. This allows slightly more advanced timing at higher revs, allowing the power to remain longer before it flattens out at the top end."

Whilst at the LRO show I was drawn into the Fourby tent and picked up a fair few little bits that will truly test the new clutch out. -EGR temp gauge kit / 3d printed holder that replaces the clock / temp probe threaded plate - Boost pin - Dynamic timing ring - Boost controller

The new clutch and better condition flywheel has been fitted but now I'm waiting on a gearbox to be removed from a local parts disco to fit onto mine.

So Tuesday my LOF clutch arrived thought I'd take a few comparison photos, just incase anyone else was looking to upgrade!

I just bought the same one I fitted on my offroader...STC4096L Should be right I hope xD

Some good news the big order went in this weekend! - LOF Power clutch - Rear crank seal / gasket - Cyclone breather filter - Timing belt kit - r380 Gearbox input and output seals - LT230 seal kit - Few tools from machine mart - Oil / Filters / brake cleaner - Clutch slave cylinder - Rocker cover...

Yeah I'm going to change the breather unit as that looks like its leaking and clean up the engine so I can try see where its coming from :)

Yeah I am wondering as its going to be so hard to trace due to there being so many other oil leaks I'm not 100% sure where its coming from :( but I hope its not the head as I've just ordered a LOF clutch and i dont really want to put that it with oil going on it
