As title, how long does it take to swap the tbox from a 300 disco onto my 300 defender? It shat its self today and spewed its oil every where. I don't have much time and need it for work most days. I think it'll be going up for sale afterwards as I don't have the time required to maintain it.

It doesn't really make a noise, but shakes the whole vehicle. I had a look at the diaphram, the dot was at the 7 oclock possition when looking leaning over the drivers wing. On my other engine it was a the 3 oclock, so I've turned it to there just to see what happens. I didn't measure piston...

Yeah 4 screws and its out. I don't think you need to adjust it either, but I'll check anyway. It feels like its got a missfire

I'm wonderring whether the settings of the pump might be slightly off because it had EGR on it originally. I know it shouldn't make any difference but I'll compare the adjustments to my other pump and see
