I believe the larger turbo idea would mean the power would come in at higher revs as it would take longer to spool up... Just crank up the boost on the std one and replace it when it blows!! A lot cheaper and easier than fookin about with superchargers or bigger turbos! These beasts aint built...

I would guess that his is just welded and ground back, the roof is steel on the discos as is the inner frame of the vehicle. It's only the window surrounds and outer panels that are alloy and to be fair if you wanted a spotless job these could be tig welded anyway, a friend of mine riveted the...

You can see the state of the bodywork so I'm really not bothered about the rivets :) It looks a lot better with a quick lick of black primer: The black looks gloss but its just cos it's still wet...
