How much does it cost to get a tracker installed? Does it have to be a specific one that the insurers require?

Hey peeps I'm thinking of upgrading from my freelander 2 to a disco 3 or a range rover vogue L322, I was wondering which one would you recommend? Which engines would you recommend? With the clean air zone to be kicking in next year here in Birmingham would it be wiser to opt for the petrol...
