fluid level seems about normal.. it could be dipping into the low as the hills round here are incredibly steep.. breaks seem fine anyway so not too worried as yet!

im only little, should be nice and easy.. Gonna give it a try.. What should i be covering other than the chassis?? anything to watch for? and owt to not get any on?

ah thanks for the advise.. especially doing it on grass! only problem i have, is getting it up high enough.. suppose i should be able to struggle through, with it on some axle stands...

aye i do agree.. the heat allows it to creap... But at the minute it has nothing on, so im best doing it now; rather than allowing a winter of salt ruin it i suppose..

Waxoil time.. don't have the means to do it myself.. anyone know any resonable Garages in Calderdale or near who'l do it at a resonable price..?

ye it peaks at about 35-37.. then get to about 40 and it just disappears, sounds normal then..

ah right then.. the CV joint, how would i check this, is it a case of getting hold of both ends twwisting and looking for play?? Back to wheel bearings.. on one of the wheels theres a very very very slight play and a clicking noise when moving it up and down.. now would this be normal or...
