Finally fixed the manifold blow, it was between the inlet/exhust. De greased and washed the chassis.

2.5 petrol with rangie diffs.

I put rangie diffs in a lightwieght I had, best mod ever, soooooo much nicer on a run.

IIRC, one wire comes from ignition side of circuit into coil, and the other wire comming from the coil goes to distributor. Ive got a 2.5 petrol, i'll have a look tommorow for you. Have you had the dizzy cap off?

Nothing wrong with the heaters in defenders, it's just that most are knakered!! Mines nice and toasty.

Mine does it in the really cold weather, oil level fine, I reckon its were the oils gone thick through the cold, after about 15 mins it's ok.
