Finally i could remove it by using the big socket method! I have added one more big washer, oil between washers and big force. Important also to use high tensile screw.

What is Aap? Is the one from Turner engineering also reliable?

Does anyone have any idea how to check the function of the dumper pulley bearing? As it should not turn only compensates the move of the rubber? Bolted to the crankshaft it did not have any play. Is there any way to check as it is removed now?

Thanks, at least one good news I "only" need now a new pulley (I think will order one from Turner Engineering) and after it is done continue the fight with the rear diff and remove the famous centralizing sh....t to get access to the seal.

I have tried with this, does not move. The 5mm thick plate is bending. I will give it a try with slide hammer tomorrow.

I am also in the same situation with the removal of the spigot. I would also need to change the seal and the first attempt has failed (diff in on the car and tried to use big socket-M8 bolt method). I will give it one more try and after either by a tool what I have found on the net...

I also had a look on the other components now and found the ACE pump has about 1mm axial movement. Is it acceptable or also scrap soon:(

If you already have the parts why do not you change the injector washers? It is not a big job as i have heard and at least you will know that it has done.... The guy here in hungary had very similar issue and also checked everithing and finally changed the washers. Since he is ok.

Have you already changed the injector washers? There was a guy here in Hungary with very similar issue (started almost the same time like yours:-). They changed the washers and o-rings yesterday, issue solved for them.

agree. height difference in my case came from the combination of springs and shocks. I made a mistake when ordering springs and ordered pre-facelift ones (KYBs). There were too soft I guess..

I agree with Fery.. I also had Monroes at the front and changed them for Bilsteins. I have also changed springs to grey/purple. Before my car was about 20mm below normal height (and one side 10mm below compared to other) and now it is about 10mm above normal height and level.
