Its probably had a 2wd fake vcu fitted as they never really fail in 2wd, if that's the case its a pretty crappy trick but an easy, slightly costly fix!

Just as a matter of interest Ive had loads of decodes off ebay just put in model type a nd decode in the search and generally someone will do it for a couple of quid, check the feedback to check they are legit and job done :)

you could put the 5th gear off a diesel box into your petrol box (not sure if they will fit just an idea ) or get bigger wheels :)

yes but I wasn't convinced it was working properly so I just wanted to confirm that the power was actually getting to the plugs everytime and for the right amount of time so I thought it was probably the easiest way to get the information I wanted :)

Hi, I think from the feedback I've got most people are happy on here using the forum etc but maybe we could arrange the occasional meet or maybe the odd night camping where we can all get together and do freelandery things! :)

I got a set of 12 quid bearmach ones off ebay and they seem fine so far I guess I wont be able to say for sure until about March!
