Nah, I mean there are at least 10 lanes we didn't manage to do out of the planned route. So we've got to go back and finish them before we start another:D I'll talk to James in the week and work out what the two groups did and didn't do and sort the next day from there.

Bit of a late reply but I had a great day out on Sunday, with James, checking some of the lanes. We did 16 out of the 30 I've planned for the 7th and, weather permitting, I reckon the time it took us bodes well for doing all 30 on the day:) A quick thanks to James for getting me off my backside...

We've got 4-6" in the fields but up to a foot or more where it has settled on some of the sheltered lanes. That's not a problem in it's self but once it has been driven on and then frozen it is bloody lethal! However, with 2 weeks before we play it could all change yet :D

6 is a good group size in the week but on a Saturday or Sunday, depending on the weather, we are likely to be sharing some of the lanes with groups of walkers and horses. You'll also see the sign in the picture on quite a few of the lanes, so no point giving the antis any extra ammo.
