Thanks chaps. Just noticed on one door it was flapping a bit at the bottom and on inspection it looked like there were some red clips holding it on and the bottom one had gone AWOL. I'll bung some double sided trim tape on later.

Can anyone help with the part number for the clips which hold the seal onto the inside of the rear passenger door please. For reference, the seal is item 19 in the picture.

Wondering if it is possible to carry a D2 headliner in a D2 (without swopping it with the old one). Is it possible to suspend it below the original one holding it in place with bungee cords from the grab handles?

Did you fit a genuine item? Apparently some aftermarket ones can be of dubious quality.

If the belt is getting replaced get a Contitech one, I've had other brands which have slipped from new. Check the tensioner's working properly as well.

You may need to drop the front of the headlining down so you can reach around for the connector as I ended up doing when I swopped the mirror. Easy to do as noted above.

Yes it is, the sump goes out backwards and the cross member is in the way. 4 bolts on each side of it, wire brushed and soaked in plusgas and the got a wall drive socket on them. Put new ones on anyway.
