Why not just fit a D1 chassis? Seen a few pics online of a hybridised D1/2 apparently it's just a couple of body mount points in addition to all the usual crap and you can at least fit bull bars to enable you to intimidate fiat 600 drivers

Hi all, just fitted some modulars and the old centre caps won't fit the axle ends. I'm not even sure they're called axle end caps but what ever they're called I need some for the D2. Anyone know what they're called or who sells them?

Lol, not all breakers yard stuff is rusty, some of them are complete battery boxes which would help too. Going to the breakers with a tape measure tomorrow and see what I can find.

Well a normal tray from a breakers cost about a tenner, so now I'm looking to find out what cars take a bci 34 battery so I can look for the trays.
