Replaced the rear indicators this evening, and rather shockingly, I discovered a lot of compacted mud/sand behind both of the lights (clearly coming from the rear wheel arches), and caking the rear cross member. I cleaned out what I could - but now looking forward to getting the Gwyn Lewis mud...

So I did the watering can test last night, and definitely had a driver side front vent leak…. Then even with heavy rain overnight and driving in the rain this morning, the driver side was still reasonably dry. Lesson here. I need to do more testing for leaks in the rain.

I’ve got a 1999 Defender 90 (TD5) and i’d like to get a central locking kit. Of the kits I’ve seen on eBay; the majority are for 2002+ defenders, and I’m not having much luck. Second, is it possible to get Land Rover fobs programmed for the central locking kits? Any recommendations?

I bought some clear LED side repeaters (Britpart: DA8530) - which I'm hoping to fit early next week. This has now inspired chasing the orange front/rear indicators to clear ones. It never stops!

Applied T-Cut to the bonnet to try and buff out some of the hairline scratches. Wasn’t nearly as effective as I hoped

I also had the rear windows tinted (inc. the rear door), and the seals changed for both the rear windows and the alpine windows. Nice refresh.
