    Thanks Alan , will do, when I did my valve block refurb I did use the black o rings but did notice the little cones were worn, have a look around the net but can not find any anywhere.

    sorry Alan, yes, air is coming out of blue pipe when connected to valve block but not attached to pump. my bad.

    Thanks for replys, no, the pipe is not split, I tested out put of pump before refitting the blue pipe this is when I noticed some air being vented out of blue pipe. Could it be the NRVs.

    Why keep bothering with it, just run a hose from nipple on inlet manifold to expansion tank, job done . I used a length of 6mm silicon hose. Half hours work. Discard the rest , never leak again. Car runs perfectly fine with out the poxy heater plate.

    Replaced all my vacuum hoses with silicon hose, cheap as chips on eBay in any length or colour you like. 6mm I believe.

    Do not cap the nipple on block or tank as the coolant has to flow through them.

    Dead easy, just run a hose from coolant tank to the nipple on the inlet manifold, then you can discard the rest. I used 6 mm silicon hose. No more leaks from throttle body.

    Dave, just had a look on mar trim website, is that colour you have used the beige or oatmeal? Need to do mine and looks the same as yours.
