Hi. Av seen you have done a body lift on disco 1 a while back. Could you please tell me about the steering column. I removed one bolt on the bottom of the straight piece. But after doing 2inch lift it doesn't look as if there is enough splines left. Any info would be appreciated.thanks.

Since I have changed my radiator for a larger alloy one the temperature is reading 3/4 on the dash. I know thermostat opens around 88degrees the clock is reading about that. Any body got any ideas. Don't fancy cooking it.

Has any one altered the roof gutters on there disco.

Any ideas anyone. The red led bulb has gone on my alarm on the clocks.the red one that flashes when armed. Looked every where but have no idea for part number anyone know. Thanks.

Has anyone had this happen to them.ignition keys in ignition engine off . Had left heater control set to blower. I was outside the truck and the heater started by its self. Jumped in turn ignition key and it went off.

Your driving along at say 50.and it sometimes just starts.but if left till next day it starts up and drives good .then abit later it starts all over again

Could someone please give me a clue what.this could be.driving along and it starts to judder and slow down .turn off.start and drives no bother.no warning lights on you can hear pump in rear making noise all the time.t has done this for a few days now. What could it be.

Could someone tell me if when my diesel fuel v e pump is off the engine does the shaft turn easely by hand or do you need a spanner.

Hi kevstar. Av done me front and back lights . Am on doing the manuel pump. So am looking at the gearbox now . Was there any awkward bits. Am i right in getting a r380 box.full clutch kit with flywheel and crank seal and spigot. Do i need to change the pedal box or just add the clutch...

I want to take out my auto box and put a manuel r380 in. Has anybody done it.please reply.

Need some reassurance . On the rear I have replaced the original half shafts. With separate half shafts and heavy duty flange ends. Has anyone else done this.!

Does anyone know if I could use my transfer box when changing the automatic box for Manuel.

Hi.av got a couple of questions a need answering. It might of been a while since you did this convertion on changing the pump. I am on doing it since I read your post. Does the edc ECU remain disconnected. And did you have any check engine lights on if so what to do. Thanks .

Hi. Yes I did I bought two rear corners disco td5. Quite a straight forward job.if your that minded.
