I have a LT77 in mine and have the dreaded 'clonk'. I'm thinking of taking off the PTO cover and having a look to see how bad it is. I know you can buy new input gear from ashcrofts, I was wondering what normally wears 1st, the output shaft or the input gear?

Removed what was left of my rear bump stops, cleaned and repainted the area ready for new bumps stops.

Does the current set up work well?

Hi mate. I used gloss and a roller. Close up you can see a slight orange peel. I always use synthetic because it don't react with existing paint and dries quickly. All were painted outside.
