    Classic 2 door 1983 upholstery

It is not the cushion, it was the diaphragm thatbhad completely rotted away. Was part intact when I picked her up but collapsed under me as I drove home. I weigh about 12 stone so not an outrageous amount. Was vaguely amusing as I kept slipping lower and lower

    Classic 2 door 1983 upholstery

Right now she is white but I am planning to respray in Sahara Dust. I have been in touch with RJ Turner Car trimming in Kent who have the Teddy Bear Grey in stock - sadly I don't think it would look right with the new colour plan I have. Doubt they will supply you with the fabric but if you...

Thank you. Will start the project thread for the Classic shortly. Feel a bit of a cheat as not exactly a barn wreck but more than enough for my limited capabilities!

Introducing myself and my new project

Hi, I am a long time Land Rover owner/driver. Learned to drive back in the 80s in a tatty `series 2A. Had a number of Defenders and a Disco over the years but recently getting back to basics. Proud owner of an 80” Series 1 which was a long held dream. She is very clean and tidy but more...
