Turned the engine off, waited 10mins then checked stuff again, oil, water all good. Started her up, lamp still on so switched...

    P38A Eas issues

Not mine, a mates. Paid him an unannounced visit yesterday and he has an eas issue I didn't know about so didn't have my nanocom. It was raining hard so couldn't fiddle much on his drive. His car is dropping to at least access height within a minute of parking up. The car, yesterday, had been...

    P38A Bonnet release

I've had a look see and realised that I can remove the grill and slam panel and still drive the car if needed, so I did. Cables both sides were surprisingly rust free but what was happening, I think, was that the outer sheath had snapped just where it enters the little hole in the body work on...

    P38A Bonnet release

Has suddenly gone very stiff, so much so that I thought the plastic cabin lever might break. Its always been a bit stiff but always opened fine until today. Is it worth stripping it out and trying to lube the cables up? Or is it a faff and just buy a new one? Britpart one OK? Latches move...

    2.5 ton paperweight??

Switch in the switch pack I think. It was that issue when my sunroof wouldn't work but would off the nano. I had the opposite too with my rear window, worked off the switch pack but not at the door, that was the door switch. There's a how to out there somewhere on how to strip the switch pack...

    2.5 ton paperweight??

Filter looking thing mounted on the rh bulkhead. Should have 2 pipes going to it if you have egr. I think, from memory, that pipe goes to the filter looking thing, another pipe, from the egr valve, goes to that thing as well. Egr won't open without those pipes but that a good thing. Another pipe...

    Diaphragm valve kit

You don't need a new one, use the one you've got, unless you lose it but the spring underneath is more likely to boing off and get lost.

    Diaphragm valve kit

You want the kit with the diaphragm. There are no hard pieces in the kit that I recall, any metal parts are reused including that metal disc and the spring below it.
