P38 windshield wiper liquid not spraying?

Rear, front and headlamp washer pumps. If there is no voltage then changing the pump won't help. How are you checking for voltage?

What did you do with your Range Rover today

The roof rails were harder to get off than the windscreen trim for me. You need to take the side windscreen trims off too before attacking the top trim, 4 screws each side under a rubber flap, door open. If you look at the rails on top there are sliding apertures which have an arrow on them...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Credit card wasn't man enough. I used a thin blade 2" wide paint scraper. Pull the top edge forward a tad, use a torch, even in day light, and you will see white blocks around an inch long. Move those blocks sideways towards the nearside. Didn't break any clips, not until I ran the trim over...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Mines all good there, had it all apart when I did the headliner. Dropped a big boo boo though. Washed off the roof rails and windscreen top trim and left them on the drive to dry off, went out unexpectedly in the 110 and drove over the top windscreen trim...its well fecked. :vb-groan2:

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Got damp on the ns roof liner under the visor so removed the roof rail inserts and the top windscreen trim and side pieces. Lots of rubbish and dirt under that lot so all cleaned up and dried out before resealing.pic after it was all cleaned up and before resealing.

    P38A Bonnet release

If all the latch parts were metal I could have done that with the complete adjuster rather than just using the knurled locking nut . The threaded adjuster that the push bike outer sheath sits in could have been shortened to suit and the latch threaded to accept it but they are plastic and not...

    P38A Bonnet release

Should have taken a pic but I've sorted the cable being too long issue. I'll do an "in my mind" picture instead. I needed to either shorten the inner cable or lengthen the outer sheath, neither were really practical with the cable in situ and I wasn't going to remove it again! Then problem is...

P38A Am i stranded? EML on..

Yay! Lamp has gone out, idle smooth again. Wife has noticed damp patch under the sun visor passenger side, doubt its sunroof as I spent lots of time on that during the recommission, but that was 3 yrs ago though. Probably the windscreen or roof rails reading about. Need to fix the new bonnet...

    Range Rover p38 airbag removal

I believe the wood trim needs prising off which you need to do carefully as they damage easily. I have read but not tried it.....that you can use a thin scraper behind that trim and push the airbag forwards. That frees it from its lugs and then it will lift away. Try that first? Let us know how...

Rear spring stuck in upper seat

Looks like that to me too. Not long changed mine (110) and they are snug up there. Oops! Quoted the wrong post, meant the one by Brown.

    P38A Bonnet release

Bugger, spoke too soon. Tested 4 or 5 times yesterday and all good so this morning I refitted the interior bits and then the slam panel and grill, shut the bonnet and it now won't release on the passenger side. Rain has stopped play but it looks like I'll have too modify it as @MrGorsky has done. .

    P38A Bonnet release

Did the job yesterday and feel a bit of a nob 😬 . The sudden stiffness mentioned in post 1 was caused not by the outer sheath breaking as I thought but my removing the battery a few days earlier to use on my 110. On replacing the battery, the bonnet cable had dropped down into the battery tray...

P38A Am i stranded? EML on..

Fitted new injector this afternoon, tie wrap used to hold the hp line out the way, inlet manifold has been placed in position, nothing trapped since the photo below. I'll finish buttoning it all up tomorrow cos me backs still sore.

P38A Am i stranded? EML on..

Just as my back was getting better it's gone again...so it might be a while before I fit the injector. Took a resistance reading on the new one , might be useful info for someone.

New injector has arrived, genuine bosch, from autodoc. Also a small waterproof box to keep the nano dry because I'm going to hide it on the car somewhere from now on :vb-lol: . Box has foam in it and holds the nano snugly.

Fitting YRM extended second row floor upstand

Cross member is a home made bodge if you don't know? The rear floor does disintegrate along that front edge so possible you have to cut it back. I made all my own floor, upstand etc so I'm not much help. I would use the 2nd row floor plate as a reference, fit that, then the upstand bolted to a...

P38A Am i stranded? EML on..

I've ordered a new one today. After cutting the cable a couple of inches downstream from the injector and testing for continuity, still duff, but worth a try just incase a wire had broken. £256. Brown plug as original.
