    Defender Wheel Sizes

If I'm ever looking for a new job I'd give this a bash. I could be outside getting dirty, working hard, making noise, driving a Land Rover, with a trailer, great views, smell of two-stroke - all my favourite things.

Wouldn't make a blind bit of difference. I suspect his alternator was knackered or he was using cheap relays or incorrect fuses.

Nothing that would interest an IOM resident:p:D Honda crm250. Had two in the past and really like them. I can now explore all the byways in the Peak District that my Discovery wouldn't fit down. Not bothered about sports bikes, tried a few but not my cuppa. I Like the cafe racer style of things...

Not greedy, just a good alternative to smoking and drinking. I could wait no longer and I've accidentally bought a bike this evening, just need to sort a day off this week to go fetch:)

    LED wiring

There aren't many stories on here or anywhere else where somebody says 'n I turned the key and tried all the lights and everything worked perfectly straight away and has ever since' which is why despite saving up for 18 months to buy a full set of led lights I didn't bother.

Polevolt / VWP modular fuse system

I'm fitting a disco 300tdi engine bay fuse box in front of the heater box, that removes a few fuses but obviously relays take up a lot of space.

Just please do the world a favour and give the seat belts the attention required - somebody else in future might just want the seats back in.

Polevolt / VWP modular fuse system

Thanks brown. I'd seen similar things to these in vwp. Wasn't sure if I'd fit all the stuff in though. My list from memory (I'm out at the mo); 23 fuses 6 micro relays 2 standard relays 1 maxi relay Flasher unit and hfs timer relay to be mounted separately. All to be squeezed behind standard...

Just keep swapping the wires til it works? Seriously, if the tail is illuminated as should be, but no brake lights, it's possible that you're putting you're 12v+ in the correct way but earthing through the brake led, or what you're seeing is actually the brake led and you're tail leds are linked...

Timing belt and auxiliary belt change

I just used the correct sized drill bit through the drain plug and a 3/8 long shouldered bolt with the thread cut off, in the pump. My engine purrs.

To be fair, I run a seperate business trading as myself using a private eBay account dedicated to the purpose. I don't have it at a business account because I don't want to give out my home address on eBay on the 'sellers legal info' and have to subscribe to the dreaded distance selling...

    LASER RUST REMOVAL (HAND TOOL)

Could you imagine pointing that at your average land Rover chassis? Stand back while everything bolted to it ends up in a pile on the driveway.
