The buttons on one of my fobs have come off. The internals are all OK and I see lots of replacement fobs and blades on Ebay. These obviously aren't genuine but appear ok for what I need. Anyone got experience of these please?

Out of interest, what are the symptoms of a faulty no. 4 injector? I sold an auto for spares last year and was to get the pump and injectors back, finally got most back today but only one injector, albeit the important no 4.

If all else fails, I would have thought breakers would have spares for the Edc system. I'm sure most good engines get converted back to manual.

If you still got the manual engine and the pump is good, would be easier to transfer across and the wiring will be much simpler to let you check out the engine. No 4 injector is also different so it will also need to be changed over, possibly all of them actually. There are a lot of differences...

Re the Philips screws, I tried tapping lightly with an impact driver, used too much force and broke a big hole in the light housing, be warned.
