Be careful with the graphite powder . If you're a sausage fingered oaf you can fill the lock with powder , then the key will not go in !

Yes , she's still got her baby . Not had any issues , we've both just had new batterys . Hers was the original one 3 years old , mine on the p38 had lasted 10 !

If you still think the battery is good , get it to a garage and have a load test done .

Best of luck with them ! Britpart oil cooler rad might need the brackets tweeking a bit . Mine was to close to the wheel , couldn't get the plastic arch liner back on without bending the rad forwards a bit .

I did all the above and it cured my leaks . That lower window trim was a bit of a bugger getting back on and flat/straight because I bent it when getting it off .

On my original gearbox oil cooler there were 2 electrical things , temp sensors probably . They were screwed into the end of a cover on the end of the cooler . Where should I fix these on the britpart one , the cover is welded round the top and bottom and I'm not sure if oil lives where I want...

Did you check the gearbox level ?

Did you try an old impact driver ?

Mine is beginning to sag as well . Who's the geezer in zummerzet ? Is the geezer in shenly ( advert on the bay ) any good ? Better still , any one on here doing this ? No chance of doing this myself . I don't have the patience or carefulness to do the job properly .

After I had the blend motors changed i had a look in side them . The one that was causing the fault was jammed with a bit of dry grease , I thought maybe I should have tried forcing them before getting them changed .

Bags were like new . Cheers andy

A mirror at the back would be betterer if you are worried about scuffing your bumpers . Or you could just learn to park !
